Retreat Center  -  "HRC"
 
Comfortable 1970s lodge; sleeps up to 16 in 7 bedrooms. Full kitchen (bring your own linens, dishes, cookware and utensils), 30-person meeting room with fireplace, piano and amenities for a small conference; 3 tables; 20 padded chairs. Each 2 bedrooms share a bathroom/shower; 14 twin beds; 1 full bed. Accessible.  (6 rooms with 2 twin; 1 room w/ 2 twin & 1 full)
 
Weekend (Th-Su) $30/night/person.
Weekday (M-W) $25/night/person.

Heritage Lodge

 

Our largest lodge with four large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and showers. Large 60-person meeting room with fireplace, couches and amenities; 6 large round tables; 60 chairs; piano. Full fridge in Room 1; 2 sinks & 2 kitchenettes in meeting room; microwave; coffee maker. Air-conditioned for hot weather; warm and comfortable in winter. Partially accessible.

56 bunks (12-16 per bedroom).

 

Weekend (Th-Su) $25/person/night.

Weekday (M-W) $20/person/night.

A-Frame Cottages:

Bethel Lodge, Pineview Lodge

 

Classic 1960s A-frame lodges with 3 separated bedrooms each. Each has a full kitchen, one full bathroom and comfortable, eclectic couches. Bethel Lodge has the larger meeting space, suitable for 20 with 2 meeting/dining tables, 12+ chairs. Heated for winter use. Cozy and comfortable.

12 each in bunks.

 

Weekend (Th-Su) $25/person/night.   Weekday (M-W): $20/person/night.

Cottages:

Blue Birds’ Nest, Carolina Haven, Forest Lodge, Wildwood

 

Efficiency cottages ideal for families, small groups or youth groups year round. Each is equipped with a kitchenette, 2 full bathrooms, 4 folding chairs and a small table, electric outlets & attic fans. Heated for winter use. Forest Lodge is a fully accessible cottage with 1 couch and 1 bathroom. 12 bunks each (10 in C. Haven).

Weekend (Th-Su) $25/person/night.

Weekday (M-W) $20/person/night.

 

Comfort Cabins: Daleville, Friendship Haven, Pleasant View
 
Year-round, one-room cabins. Ideal for groups. Heated for winter use. Electric outlets and attic fans. Next-door to the Deer Field Center Bathhouse, Gym and Conference Room. Pleasant View is a partially accessible cabin.
 
Weekend (Th-Su) $15/person/night.
Weekday (M-W) $10/person/night.

Seasonal Cabins:

Whispering Pines & Willoro

& StoneHOP Bunk House

 

One-room vintage cabins for warm weather use. Electric outlets & attic fans; next-door to seasonal bathhouse. Rustic & comfortable… maybe even classic?  12 each in bunks.

 

Weekend (Th-Su) $10/person/night.

Weekday (M-W) $5/person/night.

 

House of Pillars Conference Room

 

Up to 110 persons; 10 tables; 80 chairs; organ; couches; fridge; bathrooms; water fountain; electric outlets & other amenities; accessible. Dry marker board; newsprint w/ easel; lectern.

 

M-W = $100/day,

Th-Su = $150/day,

OR $2 per person, whichever is greater.

 

Deer Field Meeting Room

Up to 40 persons; 40 chairs; 4 tables; couches; bathrooms; accessible.

 

M-W = $50/day,

Th-Su = $80/day,

OR $2 per person, whichever is greater.

 

 

Deer Field Gym/Conf. Hall (includes use of Meeting Room)

Up to 975 persons; 400 chairs; rentable stage & tables; bathrooms; accessible; $200-$400 set up fee, depending on requested set up (stage, chairs, etc).  Dry marker board; newsprint w/ easel.

 

M-W = $300/day,

Th-Su = $400/day,

OR $2 per person, whichever is greater.

 

Ark Conference Room

Up to 30 persons; 2 couches; 2 tables; 20 chairs; piano; bathrooms; accessible.  Dry marker board; newsprint w/ easel; lectern. 

M-W = $60/day, Th-Su = $90/day,

OR $2 per person, whichever is greater.

 

Ark Dining Hall as a Conference Hall

Up to 200 persons; tables/chairs; accessible; converts to dining room. 2 dry marker boards; Newsprint w/ easel; lectern. Air-conditioned during hot weather.  *Only available if no food services are scheduled on requested weekday dates. 

M-W = $150/day, Th-Su = $175/day,

OR $2 per person, whichever is greater.

Shelter-by-the-Spring Pavilion

Accommodates up to 150 persons; screened; 13 large picnic tables; 22-foot buffet table; countertops; 2 full kitchens w/ stoves, fridges & sinks; chest freezer; fireplace; bathrooms; electric; ceiling fans; horseshoes; pond; small grill; bring your own charcoal.

M-W = $80/day,

Th-Su = $120/day,

OR $2 per person, whichever is greater.

Cave Trail Picnic Shelter

Accommodates up to 80 persons; open air; 8 picnic tables; fire pit; water spigot; electric; bathhouse nearby; horseshoes & pits; large activity field; small grill; bring your own charcoal.

M-W = $50/day,

Th-Su = $80/day,

OR $2 per person, whichever is greater.

RV’s, Trailers and Tent-Camping:

 

We have 5 full RV hook-up spots with shared spigots, 8 partial RV hook-ups, and several camping areas with access to bathhouses.  Dry-camp or tent camp anywhere!

Weekday Fee (M-W): $12/night/site w/ full hook-ups (E,S,W); $10/night/site partial hook-ups (E,W); $8/night/dry RV camping.

Weekend Fee (Th-Su): $15/night/site full hook-ups (E,S,W); $12/night/site partial hook-ups (E,W); $10/night/dry RV camping.
