A note to our churches and participants:

Plan A is for our 2007 Heritage Day Festival to be out-of-doors in main camp as in years 1984-2005.

Plan B, in case of rain on Saturday morning, is to move exhibits into the Deer Field Gym as we did in 2006.

Final determination (of Plan A or B) will be announced and posted on signs by 5:00am Saturday morning, October 6.  Please be prepared for either plan.  Thank you!

*NOTE: Any groups selling or serving food items (canned, hot, baked, wrapped, etc) must complete a simple foodservice permit form (enclosed) and return it to Camp Bethel by September 20 for submission to the Health Department.  Thanks!
