FELLOWSHIP , WINTER NATURE LESSONS, Campfires, Singing, GAMES, SLEDDING? Separate grouping for Elementary (grades 1-5), Middle School (grades 6-8), and Sr High (grades 9-12).
Who: Elementary Winter Camp = Campers in 1st through 5th grade.
Middle School Winter Camp = Campers in 6th through 8th grade.
Senior High Winter Camp = Campers in the 9th through 12th grade.
What: Although this camp is short, the list of activities is long: singing Camp songs and Christmas Carols, games, campfires, Bible study, crafts, morning watch, Nature, sledding (if there is snow), worship, drinking hot cocoa and cider, fellowship with friends.
When: Check-in Saturday, December 29, 2007 at 10:00am. Pick-up is Sunday, December 30, 2007 at 2:00pm.
Where: Campers and their counselors will be staying in our winterized cabins. Each cabin will be separated by gender and age with 6-10 campers and 2 counselors.
Cost: $55 fee includes meals, lodging, and lots of FUN!
Upon receiving your registration we will send you a confirmation packet with schedule, pack list and health form to bring to check-in.

Consent Statement: I hereby request that my child be accepted to attend Camp Bethel. I understand that my child will be participating in many physical activities (including, but not limited to those listed in the activity list above) and the potential for accidents exists. In consideration of acceptance to Camp Bethel, I indemnify and hold harmless Camp Bethel, the Virlina District Board–Church of the Brethren, Inc. and its staff and officers from any and all liability, claims, damage, injury or illness sustained by my child, and I hereby give permission to the camp to provide routine health care, administer prescribed medications as directed, and seek emergency medical treatment. I understand the active nature of the camp activities and give permission for my child to participate fully and to engage in all camp activities including the group challenge & initiatives course (unless otherwise noted). Should it become necessary for my child to return home because of illness or other reason, I will abide by the Camp’s decision and arrange for transportation, and I agree to read all information included in confirmation materials sent to me after registration and to share this information with the camper, and to read, sign and return any and all applicable forms and waivers and I permit camp photos, video and audio of activities or interviews that may include my child to be used in camp promotion without liability or remuneration.
