The Camp Bethel Benefit Golf Tournament is rescheduled AGAIN to Thursday, October 21!
Ashley Plantation Golf Course agrees that we will move our tournament to Thursday, October 21. We make this decision based upon the weather forecast, which at this time is for rain most of the day on Oct 6. (Course already implementing "Cart Path Only" conditions this week.) We understand that this change might once again alter your team's ability to participate or maintain your sponsorship. Knowing that this is a benefit event for Camp Bethel, we encourage you to support the event despite having to reschedule.

You may have heard, that due to continuing COVID concerns, we have had to cancel our in-person Heritage Day Festival for the second year in a row. This will hurt our overall fundraising, so we look to our October 21 Golf Tournament to fill that void. One of the bright spots of the past 19 months was our remarkably successful 2020 Golf Tournament. Thank you for your continued help and support! Time: 12:30 pm Shotgun Start; lunches available and registration begins at 11:00am.
Format: Captain’s Choice; a non-competitive day of fun and fellowship.
Cost: $75.00 per person (green fees, cart, and boxed lunch w/ drinks). $15.00 per person for lunch only (lunch is open to everyone). All proceeds benefit the ongoing ministries of Camp Bethel.
Please sponsor our tournament: $150 (hole); $500 (Silver and includes 2 players); $1000 (Gold and includes 4 players).
Complete the registration form below before September 15. We need sleeves of golf balls, greens fees and other worthy “prizes” for the players. Could you help by purchasing and delivering several sleeves of balls or other prizes to our camp office? All sponsorships, gifts and donations are tax deductible.

- Unvaccinated persons should wear a facemask during check-in, indoors, and any time you are close to other unvaccinated persons. Discuss with your team what your cart and mask protocols will be during play.
- Bring hand-sanitizer or disinfectant wipes to sanitize your hands and surfaces.
- Extended check-in and lunch will be from 11:00am through 12:15pm, with shotgun start at 12:30pm.
- Door prizes will be randomly drawn and distributed at check-in from 11:00-12:15.
- In lieu of a dinner banquet after play, Camp Bethel will provide delicious boxed lunches and drinks before play, beginning at 11:00am under the pavilion at the course. Eat under the pavilion or on your cart prior to play.
