Join our 8th annual Camp Bethel PEP! 5K Run and Walk fundraiser! Our 5K Course covers some of the many trails, fields, and forests on the 470 acres of Camp Bethel. Your fee (and sponsors) will benefit Camp Bethel. $40.00 Participant Fee includes fully stocked water/aid stations, a race t-shirt, post-race packaged snacks, 10:00am BRUNCH, fun, and fellowship. Sponsor the run to make it more fun! Join us on this journey: good for health, good for fellowship, and good for Camp Bethel!
Participant Packet Pick-Up Options
1. Friday, August 30, 10:00am - 5:00pm at the Camp Bethel office, 328 Bethel Road, Fincastle, VA 24090.
2. Saturday, August 31, 7:00am - 8:00am during race check-in at Ark Dining Hall Lawn (Parking Lot Side)
When passing others on single-track trail, you must call out "Passing on the Left!" Post race snacks and drinks will be available, and our brunch is from 10:00-10:45, (menu below - donations accepted). Results will be presented as soon as possible following the last runner.
Saturday Brunch at 10:00: Biscuits & Sausage Gravy, Sausage Patties, Scrambled Eggs (GF/VG), Cantaloupe (DF/GF/VG), Juice, Water, Coffee, Teas. Served with butter, apple butter, ketchup. Options include Cereals, Milk (2%, Soy, & Almond), Fruit Salad, Yogurt, Granola, Bagels and Cream Cheese.
