$274 per week for 7 weeks. Coordinator Training: May 21-25, 2019.

Three additional post-camp paid work weeks available July 28-August 17 (up to 3 weeks or $822).

High Ropes Coordinator (18+ with prior camp experience or 21+):
The High Ropes Coordinator must attend Coordinator Training May 22-25 and High Ropes Facilitator Training (dates are to be determined). The High Ropes Coordinator organizes, prepares, and keeps inventory and usage/condition log of all climbing-related equipment: ropes, hardware, harnesses, helmets, emergency/rescue equipment, etc. The High Ropes Coordinator works with Counselors to schedule and facilitate age-eligible camper Units through ropes sessions. During staff training, the Ropes Coordinator is expected to work with the summer staff to teach proper belaying skills. If necessary, the coordinator will work with staff through the summer to improve belaying skills. Throughout the summer he/she is expected to maintain a log book for the equipment used and maintain the quality/cleanliness of the equipment provided. Depending on the week, High Ropes Coordinators run 2-3 sessions daily. When the High Ropes Coordinator is not occupied by Ropes/Climbing related tasks s/he is expected to fill in wherever needed for other general camp and program responsibilities.
