Camp Bethel is open June 10-11 for families wishing to enjoy expanded activities surrounding the program and lunch on June 11, "150 Year Anniversary Celebration of District Work in Virginia."

5:15am Sunrise hike and devotion on Vesper Hill: meet at 5:15 in the Ark Parking Lot, (sun rises at 5:58am)
7:30am Morning Watch at the Spring Pond
8:00am Continental breakfast & Coffee in the Ark (FREE; suggested donation is $8 per person, RSVP to CampBethelOffice@gmail.com)
9:00am 9-Square-in-the-Air, Can Jam and GaGa Ball on the Ark Lawn.
10:00am Deliver your congregation's 9"wide x 12"tall Church Name Banner to the Deer Field Gym (banner info HERE).
10:30am Worship & Celebration in the Deer Field Gym (information HERE)
The 2016 Annual Conference Moderator, Andy Murray, a native of the Cloverdale Church in Botetourt County, Virginia, will be the keynote speaker and the worship service will feature special music.
12:30pm Picnic Lunch at the Ark Dining Hall & Ark Lawn (suggested donation $9 per person; RSVP to CampBethelOffice@gmail.com)
1:00pm-2:00pm 9-Square-in-the-Air, Can Jam and GaGa Ball on the Ark Lawn.

Each sleeps 14 in bunks and is equipped with a kitchenette, 2 full bathrooms, 4 folding chairs and a small table, electric outlets, window AC units & attic fans. Heated for winter use. Forest Lodge is a fully accessible cottage with couch, full kitchen and 1 bathroom. $40 per night (Friday and Saturday nights only, and must depart before 9:00am Sunday June 12)
