We're excited for Daniel since he accepted a position as a Conservation Technician with the Mountain Castles Soil and Water Conservation District. Hooray Dan!
Our dinner on March 9 is still a GO, and our staff and volunteer team will be providing a delicious meal and fun program. However, we must make a few changes to our evening together:
All costs and donations from the evening directly fund "camperships" and our summer camp ministries. In summer 2022 we granted full or partial Camperships to 41 families totaling $14,395. We annually grant Camperships to an average of 108 children for an average total of $27,165 (2010-2019). If possible, please give $400, which is the 2023 cost for a child to attend one week of camp. Please give at CampBethelVirginia.org/donate or memo checks "Camperships" payable to CAMP BETHEL, 328 Bethel Road, Fincastle, VA 24090. We need your help! Gifts are tax-deductible.

- We are reducing the minimum fee to $20 per plate (down from $50 per plate). Of course, since this is a fundraising event for Camper Scholarships, we hope you can donate as much as possible to help kids attend camp this summer. You can bring payment and pay at the table; checks payable to "Camp Bethel Camperships."
- Menu Change: Pork Loin with mushroom sauce; Lemon Rosemary Chicken; Roasted Parmesan Red Potatoes; Roasted Glazed Carrots; Green Beans; Mixed Greens Salad w/ dressings; White Rolls w/ apple butter; Brownies w/ ice cream; Iced Tea, Water, Coffees, Hot teas.
- Service Style Change: We will serve the meal Buffet Style: a more casual evening together.
- Short program will follow the meal.
