Virlina District 2019 Biennial Church Planting Conference
New & Renew: Revitalize, Plant, Grow
We continually hope to renew the whole body of Christ. Some think church planting is the only way to go, while others are more concerned about church revitalization. It would be a mistake to believe we have to choose between church planting and renewing the church. So is there a middle ground?
Join us to have a conversation and explore the importance of both church revitalization and new church starts, along with practical ideas to implement with congregations.
Topics include:
• How the DNA of church planting aligns with the DNA of church renewal.
• Franchise and upgrade church. How does this impact us, and why is it essential to our congregations and district?
• Are you ready for revitalization? It's more than saying, "Yes."
• What are the “1 percent” and “2 percent” guidelines, and how do they heighten church outreach?
