KIDS SHOULD WEAR BIKE HELMETS WHILE BIKING. Please keep your kids safe! Kids should NOT be in the Gym without supervision of adult or older relative. Do NOT enter facilities you did not reserve.
PAYMENT
If you have not yet paid in full for THIS year's camping/lodging and/or meals AND NEXT year's lodging reservation, use your "Payment and Future Reservations" form in your packet, calculate your fees, and pay in advance and online . If necessary, you can also write a check and deliver it before 10:00am Monday, September 1 (with a note) to our office porch metal mailbox.

MEALS
- Hot meals: This year, we will provide TWO hot meals in the Ark: Saturday brunch at 10:00am and Saturday dinner at 5:30pm. Please reserve your meals online.
- Saturday brunch (Adult $12, Child 4-12 $6, Infant 0-3 FREE): Biscuits & Sausage Gravy, Sausage Patties, Scrambled Eggs (GF/VG), Cantaloupe (DF/GF/VG), Juice, Water, Coffee, Teas. Served with butter, apple butter, ketchup. Options include Cereals, Milk (2% and alternative), Fruit Salad, Yogurt, Granola, Bagels and Cream Cheese.
- Saturday dinner (Adult $14, Child $7, Infant 0-3 FREE):
- Grab-n-go: There will be grab-n-go options Sunday, 9:00am-3:00pm in the ark: breakfast items, lunch sandwiches and salads, ice cream, and drinks. All food will be prepared fresh when ordered and should be paid for with cash/check at the time of “grabbing” or recorded on a meal card (available in the ark) and paid for during office hours or online.
- Sunday dinner potluck meal: Bring a dish or dessert to share with up to 100 other persons. Camp Bethel will provide plates, cups, utensils, napkins, drinks and ice.
- Shelter-by-the-Spring: Everyone’s kitchen! Since we don’t offer every meal, we know you'll have to get creative for your own meals. The Shelter-by-the-Spring will serve as a communal kitchen for everyone who needs space to prepare meals and refrigerate food. We have added a large microwave oven in addition to the 2 stoves, 2 fridges/freezers, plus the gas grill.
- Campfires: get creative with outdoor campfire cooking!
- Local favorite restaurants: Daleville Tap House, 3 Lil' Pigs BBQ; Foot of the Mountain Cafe; Pancho Mexican Restaurant; Ichiban; Bellacino's; Lentini's; and Brugh’s Mill Country Store has excellent breakfast biscuits!
WHAT TO BRING/OFFER
- A hearty dish or two to share for Sunday 5:30 pot-luck dinner; flashlight; tick-mosquito-chigger prevention; bedroll or sleeping bag; bike(s) & helmet; hiking/walking shoes (and bear-bells); musical instrument; clothes for the weather; swim suit & towel; food as needed; rain gear; camera; family first-aid kit; games & all your family traditions; personal and hygiene items.
- Bring extra cash, check book, or credit card for the Trading Post, for payments, for grab-n-go food, for Sunday morning offering at New Bethel CoB, and for donations.

- 7:00pm-9:00pm: Meet in the craft house to make signs for cheering on our 5k runners on Saturday morning. Make a friend and share in creativity!
- 10:00pm: Gym closed, and quiet hours through campus. Please put away balls, turn off lights & fans, close doors.
Saturday, August 30:
- 8:00am: Camp Bethel PEP! 5K begins at the Ark Lawn. Spectators encouraged to cheer along the course! See our 5K site for details.
- 9:00-9:30am: 5K runners cross finish line, plus awards presentation. Boisterous cheering section encouraged!
- 9:45-10:30: Trading Post OPEN. Credit Cards welcome.
- 10:00am: Brunch at the Ark Dining Hall. See meals information below.
- 11:30am: Children's Nature Workshop in Shelter by the Spring
- 1:00-5:15: Pool OPEN. Children and teens must be supervised by an adult.
- 2:00-3:00pm: Office Hours
- 4:00pm Gym Closed to allow set up for Barn Dance.
- 5:30pm: Dinner at the Ark Dining Hall for those who reserved. See meals information below.
- 7:00pm: Barn Dance in Gym: Open Instructional Music and Dance Jam (No experience needed, steps are announced by a caller, wear comfy shoes and clothes to be active or just sit and watch! Donations recommended $5 per person, $25 per family)

Sunday, August 31:
- 9:30am: Worship at New Bethel Church of the Brethren
- 11:30am: Painting workshop for all ages at Shelter by the Spring
- 1:00-5:15: Pool OPEN. Children and teens must be supervised by an adult.
- 5:30pm: Pot Luck Dinner at the Shelter-by-the-Spring. Bring a dish or dessert to share with 100+ people.
- 6:00-7:00: Wagon Rides (weather permitting) with pick-up & drop off at the Shelter-by-the-Spring.
- 6:15-7:15pm: Trading Post OPEN. Credit Cards welcome. New shirts, blankets, bottles & more.
- 10:00pm: Gym closed, and quiet hours through campus. Please put away balls, turn off lights & fans, close doors.
Monday, September 1, Labor Day:
- 10:00-11:00am: Office Hours
- 10:00-12:30: Pool OPEN. Children and teens must be supervised by an adult.
