2023 Policy for Cancellations, Late Arrivals, Early Departure:
Should you pay for camp, and later decide to keep your child home, YOU HAVE OPTIONS:
1. Credit your payments toward another available 2023 program, or
2. Credit all but $50 of your 2023 payments to 2024 pre-registration, or
3. Donate part or all to help Camp Bethel adapt how we operate (and help ensure we're here for you in 2024), or
4. Refund all your payments minus your $50 deposit. We just need to hear from you at least 24 hours prior to the start of your camp, and sooner if possible. Please notify the camp office 540-992-2940 or CampBethelOffice@gmail.com ASAP if your camper will not attend this session.
Late arrival and early departure is discouraged, but allowed if needed. However, because staff, food, and supplies are already secured, we cannot provide pro-rated refunds for partial camp attendance once your camper has arrived unless Camp Bethel cancels your child's program. If programs are cancelled, you will be notified ASAP of your options, including full refunds.

How To Register For Summer Camp at Camp Bethel
4 easy steps:
- Choose Your Program by using the linked dates and camps above OR by using the top "CAMPS" pull-down menu. Clicking on your program choice directs you to that program description with price options.
- On your Program Page, choose your Fee Option Payment, the dates of your camp, write your camper's name & your phone # before you click the secure "Register Now" PayPal button using a credit card or a PayPal account. Any balance due will be billed to you separately in April or May. $50 of your payment is your "hold-your-spot" deposit. Apply for financial assistance HERE. If receiving "Good-as-Gold" from a Virlina District church, register HERE.
- Submit Data: After successfully paying, PayPal will direct your browser to our secure on line 2023 Registration Form. Allow at least 15 minutes to thoroughly complete and submit the form. Alternately, you can print and mail/deliver a paper form.
- Get your Confirmation Packet in April/May: We'll send you an e-mail with links to your Confirmation Packet which includes your gear list, a required Health Form (to be completed and returned to Camp Bethel), your Balance Due (if any), and important information about your program.
