Maximum campership per child is up to $270 for a 3-day/2-night camp, $270 for a 5-day Day Camp, and up to $410 for a 6-day/5-night camp. If your family needs financial assistance in order for your child to have a camp experience, follow these instructions:
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARENT/GUARDIAN:
1. Choose your program and dates. Listed by date at our CAMPS page.
2. Calculate your exact requested amount of assistance. Decide how much you can afford to pay toward the camp fee. We ask families to pay as much as they can so that our Campership Fund can reach more families. Maximum campership per child is up to $270 for a 3-day/2-night camp, $270 for a 5-day Day Camp, and up to $410 for a 6-day/5-night camp. Calculate your request amount by subtracting what you can pay from the total Subsidized Fee for your chosen camp.
3. Communicate your program, dates, and your exact requested amount of assistance to your pastor, social worker, agency worker, or school guidance counselor.
4. Have your pastor, social worker, agency worker, or school guidance counselor complete and submit the online Campership Financial Assistance Application below, OR have them complete and submit a paper form, (printable PDF is available below).
5. Complete the online Summer Camp Registration Form. (A printable Summer Camp Registration Form is linked HERE and below.) Alternately, use paper forms and mail them to camp together.
Camperships are granted first-come, first-served, only one per camper per summer, and camperships are currently only available through this Campership Financial Assistance Application. Maximum campership per child is up to $270 for a 3-day/2-night camp or 5-day Day Camp, and up to $410 for a 6-day/5-night camp. A response email will inform families of granted campership requests.
