You can deliver payment before 10:00am Monday, May 26 to our office porch mailbox.

Camp Bethel will provide drinks, cups, ice, plates, napkins, utensils and serving spoons. This year, you will meet our new Food Services Coordinator, Kat Freeman. You may also meet several of our 2025 Summer Staff.

MEALS
- Hot meal: This year, we will provide ONE hot meal in the Ark on Saturday evening at 5:30pm. Please reserve your meal online. Dinner will be followed by a fun game of trivia in the Ark!
- Grab-n-go: There will be grab-n-go options all weekend in the ark: breakfast items, lunch sandwiches and salads, ice cream, snacks and drinks. All food should be paid for with cash/check at the time of “grabbing” or recorded on a meal card (available in the ark) and paid for during office hours or online.
- Shelter-by-the-Spring: Everyone’s kitchen! Since we don’t offer every meal, we know you'll have to get creative for your own meals. The Shelter-by-the-Spring will serve as a communal kitchen for everyone who needs space to prepare meals and refrigerate food. We have added a large microwave oven in addition to the 2 stoves, 2 fridges/freezers, plus the gas grill.
- Campfires: get creative with outdoor campfire cooking!
- Local favorite restaurants: Daleville Tap House, 3 Lil' Pigs BBQ; Foot of the Mountain Cafe; Pancho Mexican Restaurant; Ichiban; Bellacino's; Lentini's; and Brugh’s Mill Country Store has excellent breakfast biscuits!
What to Bring and What to Offer:
- A hearty dish or two to share for Sunday 5:30 pot-luck dinner; flashlight; tick-mosquito-chigger prevention; bedroll or sleeping bag; bike(s) & helmet; hiking/walking shoes (and bear-bells); musical instrument; clothes for the weather; swim suit & towel; food as needed; rain gear; camera; family first-aid kit; games & all your family traditions; personal and hygiene items.
- Bring extra cash, check book, or credit card for the Trading Post, for payments, for grab-n-go food, for Sunday morning offering at New Bethel CoB, and for donations.

Saturday, May 24
11:00am: Painting party in Shelter-by-the-Spring! Join Kathy Otey, friend of Camp Bethel, as she leads the group to create your own nature painting. Paintings will be on 4x4 canvases, and all supplies will be provided. Attendance will be capped at 20 people.
1:00-3:00: Office hours. Make payment and reserve your spot for next year.
1:00-4:00: Summer Camp Open House for new camper families. Meets at the Ark.
1:00-5:15: Pool OPEN. Children and teens must be supervised by an adult.
4:00pm: Nature Exploration for Children - Join Camp supporter Randall Eakin for a family-friendly time of nature exploration. You will go on a short nature hike, participate in activities and learn about animals, tracks, spiders, trees and streams. Meet in the Ark Conference Room.
5:30pm: Dinner at the Ark Dining Hall for those who reserved.
7:00pm: Camp Bethel Trivia Night in the Ark Dining Hall! General knowledge trivia. Winning team gets a prize.
