Winter Camp is a fun and spiritual program for kids in 1st-5th grades, youth in 6th-8th grades &  teens in 9th-12th grades led by our reunited Summer Staff and Youth Leaders from our District Churches.  $85 includes 4 excellent meals, lodging and program including Group Games; Glow-in-the-Dark activities including 9-Square/GaGa/4-Square; Singing camp songs, Bible study, crafts, hiking, nature fun, skits & game show, sledding and other snow fun (if it snows), worship, wagon ride, summer photos slide show, 2025 summer camp preview; all with your favorite counselors and our excellent summer camp staff!  Youth Groups and Advisors are welcome and encouraged!  Contact Kathleen Pinard, Program Coordinator, at [email protected] for info.

​Winter Camp, January 4-5, 2025 Refund Policy

Full Refunds can be issued if the cancellation is made no later than Dec. 31 OR
If Winter Camp is rescheduled due to inclement weather and the camper cannot attend the rescheduled dates.

If you must cancel your Winter Camp Registration after Dec. 31, you have two options: (1) Donate the registration fee to Camp Bethel for continued program enhancement, or (2) we will credit your $85 Winter Camp fee to your 2025 Summer Camp registration. Please notify the camp office 540-992-2940 or [email protected] ASAP if your camper will not attend this session.
Late arrival and early departure is discouraged, but allowed in case of illness, family emergency or conditions beyond control. However, because staff, food, and supplies are already secured, we cannot provide pro-rated refunds for partial camp attendance before or after your camper has arrived unless Camp Bethel cancels the program. If inclement weather forces us to cancel and we cannot reschedule, your camp payment will be refunded.
