Winter Camp registration is FULL!

Winter Camp is a fun and spiritual program for kids in 1st-5th grades, youth in 6th-8th grades & teens in 9th-12th grades led by our reunited Summer Staff and Youth Leaders from our District Churches. $75 includes 4 excellent meals, lodging and program including Group Games; Glow-in-the-Dark activities including 9-Square/GaGa/4-Square; Singing camp songs, Bible study, crafts, hiking, nature fun, skits & game show, sledding and other snow fun (if it snows), worship, wagon ride, summer photos slide show, 2023 summer camp preview; all with your favorite counselors and our excellent summer camp staff! In the event of dangerous weather on January 6, 7 or 8. call our office number (540-992-2940) or check THIS PAGE for cancellation information. We hope for snow (sledding! snow sculptures!), but we hope it’s already on the ground BEFORE this camp begins for sledding and snow fun!

1. Pay NOW below, OR bring a check (or cash or M.O. or credit card) to pay on January 7. To pay NOW, choose your number of campers, write camper's names and your phone # before you click the secure "Pay Now" PayPal button below using a credit card or a PayPal account. See our policy below for cancellations, late arrivals, early departure below.
2. Submit Data: After successfully paying, PayPal will direct your browser to our secure on line Winter Camp Registration Form (which is a Google Form). Allow at least 15 minutes to complete, and be as thorough as possible before you SUBMIT the form. If your browser doesn't redirect you to the Registration Form, please access that form HERE.
3. Get your Confirmation Packet via email: We'll send you an e-mail with links to your Confirmation Packet 2-3 business days after registering. Your packet will include your gear list, a required Medication Form if you are sending medicine with your camper (to be completed and returned to Camp Bethel), and important information about your Winter Camp.

Winter Camp, January 7-8, 2023 Refund Policy
Full Refunds can be issued if the cancellation is made no later than Dec. 31 OR
If Winter Camp is rescheduled due to inclement weather and the camper cannot attend the rescheduled dates.
If you must cancel your Winter Camp Registration after Dec. 31, you have two options: (1) Donate the registration fee to help ensure Camp Bethel is here for you in summer of 2023, or (2) we will credit your $75 Winter Camp fee to your 2023 Summer Camp registration. Please notify the camp office 540-992-2940 or CampBethelOffice@gmail.com ASAP if your camper will not attend this session.
Late arrival and early departure is discouraged, but allowed in case of illness, family emergency or conditions beyond control. However, because staff, food, and supplies are already secured, we cannot provide pro-rated refunds for partial camp attendance before or after your camper has arrived unless Camp Bethel cancels the program. If inclement weather forces us to cancel and we cannot reschedule, your camp payment will be refunded.
